Meet the Founder: Amy Rende

I didn’t get into real estate for a side hustle. I wanted control—over my time, my income, and my future.

After 20 years working closely with finance and accounting professionals, I hit burnout. The long hours and constant pressure of corporate life no longer matched the life I wanted. I had no construction background and no experience running renovations—but I had common sense and believed that if others could do it, I could learn too.

In 2021, I made the move into full-time real estate investing. Since then, I’ve built and managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio that includes both residential and multifamily properties. My work has included long-term rentals, fix-and-flip projects, and value-add investments.

I’ve been involved in every part of the process—finding deals, running the numbers, using both traditional and creative financing, leveraging other people’s money (OPM), managing renovations, and leading contractors and teams from start to finish. I treat real estate like a business, with clear systems and repeatable processes.

Today, I share real-world experience in a simple, practical way so professionals can understand how assets are built—not just bought. The result is predictable income that can replace a paycheck, create more freedom, and speed up the path to early retirement.
